We do kindly ask that you make returns within 30-days of receiving your item in order to qualify for a full refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can understand the issue and make it right!

 

Exchanges

Refunds
We will promptly process refunds once we’ve received your return. Please remember, a full refund is only granted on items returned within 30-days from when you received it. Also, keep in mind it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
